For the ChatSpamBurst is tied with SpamChatDuration, the limit happens when someone spamming in duration, we take this as an example that we set 30,000 ms = 30 seconds and Limit Burst as 5, so if we spam the same content 5 times in 30 seconds, it will mark as Mute.

The Spam Mute Duration will be the duration where player will be muted, so in this example is 600 seconds which is 10 minutes, This only affected to single user.
